3. Services
HorizonFlow provides bespoke workflow automation services including but not limited to: automation design and build, system integration, quality assurance testing, team training, documentation, and ongoing monthly support and process optimisation.
All services are provided on a bespoke, project-specific basis. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are agreed in writing between HorizonFlow and the client prior to commencement of work through a formal proposal and service agreement.
No engagement for paid services is created simply by submitting the contact form on this Website. A separate written agreement is required before any paid work commences.
4. Quotes, Pricing and Payment
All quotes provided by HorizonFlow are bespoke and tailored to the specific requirements of each client. Prices are not published on this Website as every project differs in scope and complexity.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Where applicable, VAT will be added at the prevailing rate.
Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. HorizonFlow reserves the right to request a deposit before commencing work.
